First house cleaning of entire house 16 months after acquisition from housing developer. Ladies were very efficient yet thorough. Pleased with quality and cleanliness of work.

Outstanding work attitude. Everything was above grade when considering about twenty moves in the military and four different houses. I look back on that experience, and its very easy to grade this service with an A. Every aspect of the cleaning met or exceeded previously utilized cleaning services across the country. Their cost fit in with our retirement budget.

I had a one-time "spring" cleaning of my entire home.

I needed to have my house cleaned for an event I'm hosting, so this was a
one-time cleaning. When I originally called, the owner was polite and
friendly. He asked the square footage of my home and how many bedrooms
and baths I had. He told me the approximate cost for my home's size and
then set up an appointment the following day to come by and look at the
house. He showed up right on time the next day and spent about 15
minutes looking at my home and letting me know exactly what would be
cleaned. He gave me a sheet of information listing exactly what would
be cleaned and gave me a definite on the price which was the same price
that he had given me on the phone the day before. We then set up an exact date and time. The day before the cleaning, the owner called me to confirm the time that they would be there. The ladies showed up right on time and introduced themselves and within 2 minutes were cleaning like crazy! They were very nice and worked very quickly. My home looks beautiful! They cleaned everything from top to bottom and I haven't found a single thing that they missed. They did break the glass in one picture frame, but they were very nice about it and told me before they left. I really don't have any complaints about the service at all. The only thing that did bother me a little is that I had to go back and re-arrange some things after they left. When they moved stuff to clean, they put it in a different place. Overall, I am very pleased and I would definitely hire them again.

Final Touch Cleaning come out every other week and I am expecting them tomorrow. They started at a high price and I thought that the price was steep because they are not here very long and my house is not dirty, so they brought the price down for me. They are very nice and very dependable. It is a woman and her daughter, she advertised that it was just going to be her and then after some time, she started bringing her daughter and her daughter has been coming with her ever since.

fThe ladies arrived on time. I was given a call to let me know they were on their way. The work from 8-3 and cleaned every inch of my new home. Everything was cleaned no corners cut. I was so impressed with their work and there professional manner. I am new to the area and needed to have my new residence cleaned and I'm very glad Final Touch Cleaning got the job.I was also impressed that Edwin, one of the owners, followed up the next day to see how things went.
I intend to have them come over once a month for cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend this company
